Payment Policy
Payment of Registration Fee is $25 for one student and $35 for two or more students in the same family. First payment is due upon invoicing. Please note tuition is based on the total number of hours in class per week, regardless of how many weeks are in each month. Registration Fees are non-refundable.
Tuition does not include the registration fee, dancewear, shoes, costumes, performance tickets, special events, etc. Tuition can be paid by credit card, check, or cash. Subsequent tuition payments will be charged to your credit card on the 1st of each month. If you wish to pay by cash or check, please notify the office as soon as possible, so the credit card on file is not charged. Tuition is non-refundable.
Accounts with declined transactions that result in non-payment will be charged a $30 bank fee. You will be notified immediately via email of any declined charges.
Late fee: A late fee of $15 will be charged for tuition received 14 days past the payment due date.
Costume fee: There is a costume fee of $60 per class for students in our Creative Movement or Intro classes. There is a costume fee of $70 per class for students in our Elementary or Intermediate/Advanced classes. All costume fees include one pair of tights. Costume fees will be due no later than Wednesday, January 15th. Costume fees are non-refundable. Unless you provide an alternate payment method, costume fees will automatically be charged to your account on file.
Photo Release/Social Media Policy
Creative Soul, LLC reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during classes, workshops, performances, or other affiliated events for the purposes of instruction, advertising and promoting Creative Soul, LLC, and its programs. Students, or parents of students who are minors, who do not wish to comply with this policy must notify Creative Soul, LLC prior to participation in class.
Student and Parent Use of social media: This policy is intended to provide Creative Soul, LLC students and parents with guidelines to eliminate any confusion concerning the use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Please respect the law, including those laws governing defamation, discrimination, harassment, and copyright and fair use. Do not post video clips of classes, performances, or workshops without permission. Creative Soul, LLC owns the copyright to all choreography created at the school.
Sick Policy
If your dancer is sick, they should not come to class. If your dancer has a fever, please remain out of class until fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication before returning. Adhering to this policy will minimize the risk of spreading illness.
Absences
Attendance is an important part of a dancer’s progression. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent a student from attending class. We ask that you report a student’s absence either by emailing the school at [email protected] or through your Parent Portal so that we are able to accurately track attendance.
Class Cancellations and Make-up Policy
Classes may need to be canceled due to poor weather and unforeseen circumstances out of our control. Creative Soul, LLC will communicate any cancellations as soon as possible through our Parent Portal and social media. We will notify you of any scheduled make-up classes.
Students are able to make up missed classes in another age-appropriate class. Please check with a faculty member if you have questions. Students have two months from the time of a missed class to make up a class.
